Keith Burrell
Owner & CEO
Keith began his career as a Quantity Surveyor in 1974 before founding Procladd in 1991. As CEO, he leads with a strong focus on quality, safety, and long-term client relationships, positioning the business for continued success for decades to come. He combines his deep sector expertise with strategic leadership, driving sustainable growth and consistent excellence in delivery.
Billy Baillie
Managing Director
Billy began his career as an apprentice, working his way up to Contracts Supervisor and then Contracts Manager. He joined Procladd in 2012, and six years later Procladd Small Works was formed, with Billy stepping into the role of Managing Director. His hands-on experience, leadership and character continue to drive the business’ rapid growth and success.
CONTRACT MANAGEMENT
Mark Easton
Construction Manager
Mark has worked in construction since leaving school “in the black and white years.” He began on the tools, installing windows, cladding and curtain walling across the UK before moving into site management in 1998. Experience across specialist sub-contractors and principal contractors, Mark now oversees live and upcoming projects, maintaining Procladd’s standards and values throughout.
Keith Rule
Contracts Manager
Keith began his career at 17 in a brass foundry, before a serious motorcycle accident changed his direction. After recovering, he started on site as a labourer for a roofing contractor and has now spent over 36 years in the industry, 28 of which on the tools. One of Small Works’ first hires in 2020, Keith's experience allows him to deliver projects with outstanding technical knowledge and quality.
Gordon Coulter
Contracts Manager
Gordon began his career as a QC Technician in Coca-Cola’s laboratories before two redundancies prompted a change in direction. He went on to build over 25 years’ experience in roofing and cladding. Joining Procladd Small Works in 2025 as a Contracts Manager, Gordon takes pride in the detail, always striving to improve both on the job and personally.
Alan Baillie
Hard Metals Contracts Manager
In under a decade, Alan progressed from Apprentice to Contracts Manager. Joining the company in 2017 as an apprentice installer, he developed his skills before being promoted to Contracts Supervisor in 2021 within the Hard Metals division. Transferring to Procladd Small Works in 2024, Alan now oversees all specialist metal projects, working with copper, zinc, steel and aluminium.
Stuart Burrell
Contracts Manager
Stuart joined Procladd as an apprentice in 2017 at the ripe old age of 25, having worked in construction for a few years prior, when he began as a storeman for a fixings supplier. Realising site life was his true calling, he progressed steadily through his apprenticeship gaining knowledge and experience before joining Procladd Small Works in 2024 as a Contracts Manager.
Patrick Tominey
Contracts Supervisor
Patrick began his career as a joiner in 2010. He later worked with Procladd as a sub-contractor, installing a wide range of roofing and cladding systems. After 12 years of sub-contracting, he joined Procladd Small Works in 2025 as Contracts Supervisor. Patrick supports the day-to-day management of projects, drawing on his experience to help deliver quality systems.

Colin McGuire
Driver
Starting out as a chef, Colin then spent 13 years at Wimbledon Security, before dedicating 19 years to the Royal Protection Service, protecting the British Royal Family at Kensington Palace. Colin now collects and delivers materials to site, handling every load with the same care and "royal protection" he once provided at the palace. Rest assured, materials are in very safe hands!

Calum Entwistle
Hard Metals Senior Estimator
Calum began his construction career at 17 and went on to earn his Honours Degree in Construction Management. He developed his expertise as an estimator, pricing roofing, cladding and glazing packages. Joining Small Works in 2024, Calum has continued to expand his knowledge and now competitively tenders projects, including specialist hard metals works.

Steven Moffat
Buyer
Attaining the globally recognised MCIPS qualification in Procurement and Supply, Steven spent over 10 years working in Civil Engineering and Utilities. Steven joined Procladd Small Works in 2025 as the company’s first dedicated Buyer, beginning his journey in roofing and cladding. He ensures materials are competitively procured and delivered meeting project specifications and budgets.
BUSINESS SUPPORT
Emma Quinn
Business Support & HR
Emma joined Procladd’s Business Support Team in 2014. As her role developed, her passion for people and organisational development led her to achieve her CIPD qualification in People Practice in 2023. Emma now oversees HR across the business, combining her approachable, people-focused style to ensure our people, processes, and compliance run smoothly and effectively.
Fiona Burrell
Business Support & Accounts
After leaving the retail industry, Fiona joined Procladd in 2015 as a vital member of the Business Support Team. An all-rounder who is always ready to tackle whatever the day brings, she has become known as our go-to problem solver. While her skill set knows no bounds, Fiona specialises in Finance, where her attention to detail and practical approach provide invaluable support.
Chelsea Condie
Business Support & Marketing
Chelsea joined Procladd in 2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic. She has been working within the construction industry since she was 17, bringing a diverse wealth of experience. As a key member of our Business Support Team, she oversees Procladd's marketing activities, helping to strengthen our presence and drive the brand forward, 1 drone photo, or social media post at a time!
Chloe Richardson
Business Support
Chloe joined Procladd on her 26th birthday! She is responsible for managing Plant Hire and plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business - we are never without pens, paper or PPE thanks to Chloe!
HEALTH & SAFETY
Darren Phillipson
Health & Safety Advisor
After 11 years of military service, Darren transitioned into the Health & Safety industry, completing a Degree in Health & Safety Management and an SVQ in Construction Contracting Operation Management. He has since specialised in the construction sector, gaining over 10 years of experience and bringing trusted knowledge and insight to his site audits and reporting.
